30th Annual Nut Run

Bikers, balls and beer...

I shot this event years ago as an intern for the Greeley Tribune and always wanted to return. Today was the 30th Annual Nut Run at Bruce's Bar in Severance. The bar has been a landmark for decades. Hundreds of motorcyclists show up to party and eat Rocky Mountain oysters - deliciously deep-fried bull testicles. The original Bruce has passed away, and now Bruce Carron, seen above in his custom Bruce's Bar bowling shirt, runs the show and keeps up this tradition.
